Excellent service! Kylie was friendly on the phone and was able to get a technician out to service us within three hours. This was important since we had no heat.
Tony came out, inspected the situation, and gave me a detailed analysis and cost estimate. During the repair he found a couple other issues that I had him address as well. I approved the recommended fixes and signed a one-year contract which gave me a 15% discount on the current work being done.
Tony was knowledgeable, informative and easy to speak with regarding my furnace issues. He explained the situation in a friendly and comprehensive manner and I couldn't be happier.
