I contacted Pipe works for an estimate to replace the water service from the curb to my house. The service tech (Andrew) was very courteous and professional, and the next day I spoke with Eric at Pipe Works to discuss in more detail the work that needed to be done; he was honest and straightforward about the work, and was not illusive about the price, as some other contractors were, he stated unequivocally the price.
It was a big job --Pipe Works handled contacting the city, and everything went as planned. I am extremely pleased with the overall professionalism of Pipe Works and the crew that did the work, and would definitely recommend them!!
