I took my 2015 Toyota Camry in for covered maintenance 6 months ago. I explained I had a strange noise coming from the passenger front wheel. Tech said it was coming from the wheel cover because when they put it on the other front wheel the same thing happened. They put it back and it still makes the same noise months later. I should have asked them to replace it but didn't. They also forgot to put the reminder sticker on the windshield- I had to ask them to do so. And they forgot to re-set the maintenance light and it went on a couple of months later.
Now I am taking it in for regular maintenance. When I called apparently I was transferred to a main service scheduling center. I asked to speak with a service manager at the Gaithersburg location. He was very nice, took down my information and suggested I remind the Service Manager of the problem with the wheel cover. The first visit was sloppy. I will see how well they do with my next appointment. Bottom line - I am not impressed.
