James came out in early January because my furnace stopped working. He was professional, nice, he told me what the problem was and he was very professional about it. He was honest and let me know it would be more expensive to fix it than to replace my Carrier furnace. I explained that Amber originally installed my furnace 23 years ago. He called Jackie, who was professional and nice, to set up an estimate for me later that day with Bill. When Bill came over later that day, he provided me with a proposal. He was very professional and nice as well. He told me what furnace would work for my home and needs. Thank you for telling me about the 2nd stage motor. This is WAY better than a one stage that I originally had. I'm so thankful that he told me this would be better. I can breathe a lot better with this new furnace. I know this will pay for itself over the years with the savings I will be getting from the upgrade. I will be hopeful to get this written off on my taxes as well. A BIG thanks for educating me on the stages, rebates and taxes. Mike and Josh were very professional and got it installed in a timely fashion. They said it would be a couple of hours and they were exactly right.
