I called this business because I am getting ready to buy the house I live in, and wanted to update both bathrooms and the kitchen. Ray did not return my first call for an estimate, when I called the second time, he quickly came out, looked at my kitchen, and said he would be back on Monday with samples and sit down with me. I waited a few days, then forgot about him because he never called, and when I remembered the following week I called again, and he didn't return that call either!!?? Does this man not care about his business? I was a businessman myself for 23 years before I finally retired, and you just don't ignore potential clients, I don't care how busy you are, you can at the very least, take the time to call them back with some kind of explanation! I refuse to do business with this man at this point, even if he calls me now!!
