We started doing business with C&C Heating and Cooling and Jim Corrion since we bought our first house in Berkley, MI in 1986. C&C installed a new Lennox furnace and A/C and provided routine maintenance until we bought our house in Birmingham, MI in 1997. Our "new" 1926 house had never had A/C since it had steam heat and no duct work. We immediately thought of C&C and Jim Corrion and had them install a Lennox A/C unit using the Unico high-pressure system with special ducts and ports installed throughout the house in 1998.
In 2011, when we needed a new furnace for a room in our house that used to be a garage and was never warm enough, Hinson Heating & Air Conditioning (formerly C&C) installed a new Lennox furnace and traditional ductwork. The room is now comfortable. Hinson also installed a Rinai tank-less water heater in 2011. We've enjoyed using this newer technology.
After almost 18 years of cooling service, it's now time to replace the A/C equipment. We contacted Hinson and they sent out Adnan to discuss our replacement options. (Adnan initially replaced a capacitor on the blower motor. But, when the motor itself stopped working shortly afterward, we decided the old system should be replaced.) We chose a new Lennox A/C and Trane electronic air cleaner. Adnan was great to work with. He was polite and was ready with answers for all of our questions. We will continue to trust Adnan, Jim Corrion, and Hinson with our heating and cooling needs!
