Brian did my semi-annual check/maintenance on my furnace and air conditioner. He was very efficient and told me everything he was doing as he went along. He gave me options for service I should do now and what could wait until the next maintenance check. He was polite and well-mannered and I enjoyed talking with him as he did his work.
