This is my second experience with Bruce fixing a plumbing problem at my home. As always, professional, willing to show and explain the problem, and fix the problem. He understands older homes. I will ask him by name for any future plumbing problems. He was exceptionally kind to my son with his explanation of the problem and how to fix it.
