I purchased a 2015 Chrysler at Bensons in February. Since then the vehicle had a recall on a parking pall. They replaced the transmission. Since then the transmission was erratic. They updated the system. Next day was notified there was a malfunction in the power train and was advised to get the vehicle in before it caused damage to the catalytic converter and other parts was told it would be a week before they could get it in for diagnostic testing. I was also told " You have a warranty". So I will be very careful driving and hope the "New Car" does not break down. I would have thought that Bensons would have taken my vehicle in a lot sooner to prevent further problems. I guess not. I have questions about their loyalty to satisfy customers, their loyalty and to repair a vehicle they sell within a timely manner to prevent a possible greater problem to vehicle and operator.
