He was personable, efficient, and knoweledgeable--a terrific representative for your company. I signed up for your annual maintenance program solely based on his job well done. And the "extra help" he provided at the end of the visit was amazing--he fixed a quick electrical problem we had--I've never heard of such a great service before!
