Assistants who use to help pick out frames were amazing and are missed very much. My experience was so horrible ( did not help me pick out the drama, gave me no suggestions, left me to help another patient) I got so frustrated I left and went to another place to get my glasses. When calling in to order or schedule the reps are not helpful confused and not friendly. I've been a patient here over 10 years and I have to say the customer service has gone down so much the reason I don't change doctors and go some place else is because I LOVE Dr. Clark.
