We rented from here for 6 months and did not get our full deposit back which was 600.00. We received 367.50 back and the place was spotless. I am serious about being totally spotless, cabinets, closets, floors, everything. They charged 105.00 for carpet cleaning, 67.50 for labor for cleaning, 67.50 for maintenance to garbage disposal for a seal, tightening faucets, batteries for smoke detectors. I would keep looking if you are looking to rent. We also gave notice 2 months in advance for moving out and still did get the full deposit back. They are nice when moving in but not so nice when moving out.
