Bought a 10K machine and the SALES part was OK. For two years and with THREE trips to their shop for SERVICE, the same problems that seem to be inherent with these G2 CAN AMS went UNRESOLVED. Their mechanics either CAN'T FIX, DON'T CARE or perhaps never even LOOK AT the causes of these repeated, NEVER resolved mechanical problems. NO ONE KNOW what goes on behind the LOCKED DOORS of their SERVICE department: I can say that there is NOTHING in the way of improvement even after leaving the machine with them for a WEEK last time. All they manage to do is basic service and CUT A BIG BILL..nothing else such as HARD SHIFTING and BANGING in the rear suspension since DAY ONE was ever addressed. I'd have a hard time giving them even ONE STAR. Repeated staff/ownership "turnovers" don't help either. :-( more
