Sad That I Have to Find New Kennel :( 6/28/2015

This used to be my favorite place to board my dog. Last year when he came home, he scratched himself excessively until he bled in the face. My vet and I dismissed this and contributed it to an allergic reaction. This visit, he came home with diarrhea. I read a review written by another pet parent who experienced diarrhea a month ago as well. Unfortunately, I will have to find another place to board my dog. June 28, 2015 more

Hello and thank you very much for your review. We are very sorry to hear that your pet had diarrhea after their stay with us, as well as the earlier issue with scratching that you mentioned. As we mentioned on your other review there are many reasons why a guest may develop diarrhea upon returning home, ranging from an illness, to drinking too much water upon entering the house due to the excitement of being home. We record any allergies a pet has, or may have, in order to ensure that any treats, food, and/or shampoo we use meets their needs. Can you please call us as soon as possible so that we can discuss the specifics of the situation (that will also let us know what paperwork we need to pull)? When a guest becomes ill, regardless of the reason, we make a note of it and review the situation very carefully. Thank you.
