Owner charged my credit card for a service I did not receive. After weeks of trying to get someone to return my call, I finally heard from the owner, Diane, who agreed that they owed me $75. It's been over 2 weeks since then and I've still not received a refund. The salon is never open during their posted hours of operations and appear to only open when someone schedules an online appointment. All calls made to the salon go directly to voicemail. I have the owner's cell phone #, but she never answers. I posted a negative review on FB. They deleted the review and then blocked me. more
