My daughter, who is quite capable of handling her own problems, came to us beside herself with her dealings with this management. Any issues she's had, she has followed the protocol Branbury has established, and yet the work orders or written complaints have been practically ineffective. Flooding, bad pipes, limited parking space, lack of lighting and incredibly stringent check-out procedures are just some of the complaints. The worst is the total lack of effort on the part of management to address any issues. My daughter's apartment was without AC for 3 weeks while temperatures were in the triple digits while the office bandied her and her roommates requests back and forth. If you care about your child's welfare, do not put it in the hands of the Brandbury.
