Worst rental company I have ever worked with. if you have dust on the fans, baseboards or blinds they will deduct from your deposit. also you have to (at your own expense) spackle any place there was a hole for pictures (we wouldn't have hung any if we had known this) and paint not just the hole but corner to corner all of the walls pictures were hung. you also (at your own expense) have to pay for a professional carpet cleaning for all carpets! Every time we talked to someone from the company they were far less than pleasant and sometimes just rude to all of us. and many times where the maintenance crew wouldn't fix our problems (like a nest of wasps in the window)
