I chose to use this company for a water heater replacement, despite the fact that Home Depot, Lowes, and Center Point were all less expensive. Once installed, I realized they actually charged me more than communicated. I called to question my charges and was told I in fact was billed less than I should have been, UNBELIEVABLE! I left a message for a supervisor and he didn't have the courtesy to even call me back. Repair work was fine but customer service to put it kindly was less than good. I will not use their services in the future nor recommend anyone else does.
