Shane E. came to our home to investigate and repair an unexplainable leak in our wall. As happens with these types of issues more problems were discovered. Shane explained the issues and what options we had to correct them. It was evident that he put a considerable amount of thought into the solutions with the foremost concern being what would serve us the best. He patched the initial problem which gave us time to decide what options we wanted to pursue. He provided us with plenty of information inwhich to make informed decisions, which we greatly appreciated. Since we had such great communication and confidence with him, we naturally wanted him to actually do the repairs and installations, which is what happened. We are extremely happy and confident with the repairs and installations. Bonney is very fortunate to have such an outstanding employee.
