Don has been to our home before, and is always welcome. We feel comfortable having him service our equipment, as he is efficient, very clear about what he finds and provides several options we might follow if he does find a problem. He is an excellent technician, very personable, very respectful of our property and belongings, as well as very efficient in the time he spends inspection and reparing our equipment. We will have him back anytime.
