I have been twice blessed with wonderful GEM service. Four years ago I had an i an emergency issue on a holiday and Ron took wonderful care and solved the problem. Today he and his "team person" were here to replace a sewer pipe. There are no words that can express my "thanks" to these two great guys for the work they did. They left my cellar cleaner than it was before they got there!!! They were not just professional-they were kind and took the time to explain in detail what was needed and why. They answered my questions -they listened. I have already asked them to come back for another project. Thank you GEM for having the insight to hire two great guys, you have two GEMS!. Thank you Ron and Team!!
