The service man was curteous,explained what he was going to do and what he found after looking at the unit and seeing that my furnace was ready to be turned on for the winter. The company was prompt in setting-up an appointment and arrived on time for the inspection. I've been pleased with the inspections every time and would refer them and their work to others.
