I'm so pleased with this company, I really don't know where to start.
Hands down they're the cheapest..in fact they're so affordable that I kept asking.."and does that price included everything?"
I had a hard to find leak on a brand new unit and the Tech tested EVERYTHING and couldn't find the leak..so he called out the manufacturers repair guy who also couldn't find the leak..but that didn't stop or discourage the Tech..he kept coming out..AT NO COST TO ME..until he located the leak..HE NEVER GAVE UP!!..once he located the leak, which was near the reverse valve in a hard to reach spot..making it ALMOST impossible to repair, he still didn't get discouraged..the company sent out a supervisor to work alongside..and long story short.. My unit is fixed and running better than ever!! I'm so grateful. My Husband and I were suffering through a miscarriage unbeknownst to Guy Smith Heating and Cooling and the problem with the HVAC unit was one problem we had no extra energy to address..but Thank God we didn't have too!..our Tech and his supervisor came out while we were at work and surprised me with the phone called that all was fixed and well..they took alot of the pressure we were experiencing off of our shoulders and I'll always be extremely grateful for that!??
