Customer relations is NOT a priority at Cline Pools even if you spend thousands of dollars there as in my case. It appears their only concern is gouging the customer for more money rather than offering suggestions and advice on minor issues (the issue was described in detail with pictures). A $70 service call that lasted 4 minutes that I could have done does not promote good customer relations. more
