FIVE stars for the infant teacher that they fired and zero stars for the people that run this business. I have had nothing but problems since starting this daycare. I have never been so happy to leave a childcare business ever. The only reason I stayed for the year that I did was because my baby started here when she was 6 weeks old and I really liked the lady in her room and felt she was in good hands. After this lady left so did we! So, they require you to have your bank info on file, this is because they require a 30 day notice in order to withdraw your children from their facility. If you do not give the notice they Will continue to charge your account. I gave the 30 day notice in August. When the last week of care was approaching I asked what was owed so I could confirm the zero balance with them. They stated to me the last day for the care was the following week not the current week (which was the 30 days and was confirmed by them in email) I told them this was wrong and my child would not be there. They made me show them the email confirming this (which I did). They acknowledged this and confirmed the zero balance. The next week I see a charge on my account for my child that no longer attends there. I disputed this with my bank and they refunded the money. A month goes by and I am contacted again from A Child's Academy saying I owe them over $300. No one has yet to explain how this can be to me. I paid the same amount week after week for a year, was I paying a dollar less than I was supposed to everyday for a year? I have yet to have someone explain this to me. I'm just expected to pay this without an explanation. Do not take you kids here unless you do not care if you are double billed or billed after your child had been withdrawn for phantom fees no one will explain. On another note, they wrote my daughters name on the spout of her sippy cup with permanent marker. Which she continually sucked off which they continually reapplied. Why would anyone think this would be acceptable?
