Josh T. came to do the tune up on my A/C & Heat unit we had installed last December.
He introduced himself and then asked if there were any issues or problems I was concerned about with the unit. I told him it was great except at night our room seems to get really warm. He gave me some solutions to try and actually told me what he did in his home. Tonight we will try one of the suggestions to see if it helps. He really seemed to know his business so I have no doubt that it will be cooler in my bedroom tonight! Also because we smoke in our home he told me about a product that attaches to the unit in front of the coils which would stop the nicotine from getting to the coils and also acts as an air purifier. He took the time to explain the product to me and even got the website up on my laptop so that I can review it and see if this would be something we would be interested in in the future. He did not push the product and did not make me feel like he was pressuring me into purchasing the product today, which I really appreciated. He really wanted me to research it and go over it with my husband. If that would have been any other company I am sure I would have felt very pressured to purchase that product right then and there.
Josh T. is one of the nicest service people I have ever had in my home. He was so polite and profession at the same time. In fact when it is time for service on the unit again I will be requesting Josh T. to be the service technician to do the service.
Thank you YES company for having such profession & personal technicians. I was very comfortable with Josh in my home. I have had other companies in the past and was actually nervous when their techs had to actually come in my home. With Josh I never felt that way. Thank you Josh for being the type of technician that you are. You are the best!
