We called Anna to schedule our appointment a couple days ago. On the phone she committed to having her crew here in Huntley between 2 and 3pm. She also indicated she would call back before then just to confirm we are getting the same rate as last time. Wednesday came and nobody showed up between 2 and 3 as promised. My wife had taken the afternoon off from work just to be there for the cleaning. We called the office number and got voice mail. Apparently nobody answers after 3 pm. This was a stressful experience and has turned into a major inconvenience. While they did a nice job last time, this time they've pretty much failed to meet expectations.
