We have been Weltman customers for 25 years. Recently when asked to evaluate a persisting toilet leak not fixed by multiple flapper replacements Weltman's technician Jason W. told us the ENTIRE TOILET needed to be replaced at an estimated cost of $1.300! My investigation online suggested only the flush valve needed replacing which, along with also replacing the fill valve, I did myself with parts costing <$30. The leak is fixed and I'm wondering now how many other times we've been overcharged despite our long time loyalty...
