Horrible horrible horrible... called to make a mammogram appointment, just to be transferred around to people who had not the slightly clue which correct extention numer to give me..after 30mins on hold and transferred for the 10th i asked to speak to someone who i can make a complaint to..i was put on hold again for another 10mins and when i did finally get to speak to someone, he was the rudest person ever and wouldnt take down my complaint,then hung up the phone on me!!! I rather suffer through the pain than ever step foot in that hospital for help. Terrible people who are in charge of "helping" others.
