Jim has been a service technician in both our home and rental property a number of times, and he is outstanding. He explains everything he is doing, cautions about what to be aware of, give the homeowner the option to repair/replace if needed, and is SO courteous! An Outstanding representative of GF Bowman, and one of the many reasons we would never use anyone else for our plumbing, heating or air conditioning needs!!
