I had an appointment to have my boiler serviced today, on a day when several emergency heating issues occurred. My appointment was delayed, but I was updated several times to provide reassurance. The tech was extremely friendly. He was prompt to clean any mess he created in the process and was willing to educate me and answered all my uninformed questions with a smile. This will be the heating service company for me, for a long while.
