I honestly don't know how good their actual balloon service is. I'm sure it's great. The problem is that I paid for a balloon ride but then they said that they were full and couldn't get me in this year. Of course, I didn't get my money back. To top it off they gave me nothing but attitude on the phone. Terrible company. Terrible customer service.
