Michael, the service man came out at the designated time and was able to repair the problems we had with our furnace and water heater after our basement flooded. He was professional and honest in his opinion of what could be wrong and what he could repair. As it turned out he was able to fix both problems. Because of the prompt, professional and courteous service we signed up for a maintenance package with this company on the spot.
