This company has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau! Wish I would've know before I wasted my money. Over $400, several missed appointments / late cancellations and 1 1/2 months later and not only is my freezer not fixed--they actually made it so neither my fridge or freezer will close correctly. When questioned about why it closed before and not now Keith got very defensive and left in a huff. Now they won't return my calls or texts!
