My mother had surgery in another state and missed my appointment. They called me the next and asked how I was going to pay for my missed appointment. I explained what happened and they did not even ask how my mother was doing, just pay $90 for the missed appt. I will never go nor recommend a practice that is more concerned about money than their patients and their family.
