The owners of suffern furniture are the worst. They are rude and they have terrible customer service. I purchased a dinning room table from them and told them I would be picking it up. I asked them if they could bring it up from the back room downstairs. They told me no they wouldn't do that because if I didn't like it they would have to bring it back downstairs. I told them I had seen the set already and I liked it. Clearly going out of their way just a little bit is too much trouble. When I went today to pick it up, the lady Joy said you know where your table is you can go see it. Not one person came down to see if we need help only to ask me to pay for the rest of the table. They didn't even clear the other furniture out of the way so we could get through without damaging anything. We had to move other furniture in the store just to get by. As I was coming up the stairs with the chairs in hand the owner Joy is asking me to come settle the bill. Clearly they only care about getting their payment and not keeping business. When I asked if I could get something taken off the bill for all this work they told me no and that when I put the deposit down I was told I would have to bring it up. Which is not true. I told them they had bad customer service. They don't care about having happy customers. They need a serious attitude change in there because right now they should not be working with people.
