Bob came to my home yesterday to review the status of our air conditioning system, perform routine maintenance, and make suggestions for system upkeep and repair. He was courteous and professional, performed his work quickly, and provided a thorough review of the status of the system that is consistent with our home experience as well as a reasonable set of recommendations for how to keep our aging system functioning well.
