Seriously the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They ordered the wrong dress, were extemely rude about it and continously blamed it on us. They refused to exchange the dress, even after we offered to pay a $50 rush fee. There is a reason these people have so many terrible reviews. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for your special day. We're wishing we would've listened to the bad reviews.
