Joseph R. came to do our annual air conditioning maintenance. Our units are old and run down. Joseph was very honest and took extra time to explain to me the options we had to make repairs vs. getting a new unit. He explained the repairs necessary in detail and how more efficient systems would benefit us. He also took the time to explain to someone who knows nothing about HVAC how the systems work and some tips on how to get them to work more efficiently.
Joseph was on time and very respectful of our home making sure everything was off/closed up before he left.
Overall I had a great experience!
