I paid off my car a month ago, and they still took a payment out of my account. AND now that I am trying to get my money back, they are giving me the runaround. I have talked to FIVE different people. The last said it was a computer glitch. I never once missed a payment, never one time did they have to call me and ask where is their money... This is awful. I would rather sell my soul to the devil than to ever be a customer of theirs ever again. Beware. They seriously are crooks.
