Sent me an estimate for enclosed transport, $1,400.00 from Midland TX to Eagan MN...showed $200.00 deposit. Upon accepting the deal I was informed that the deposit was actually $350.00. I agreed and was sent another written estimate. While on the phone finalizing the deal, locking in the date and such, I was told that there was a problem but not told what was going on. Upon being called back I was told that the price was actually for open transport, not for enclosed transport as was shown in the written estimate. I was further informed that the new price was $2,200.00!!!! Thank you ___ ___ for trying to cheat me. I can prove my story, I have the written estimates. I also found Mercury Auto Transport who is going to do it for $1,200.00. more
