Don recently completed our annual service testing of our Carrier furnaces, yes there are two, and the work was completed in a timely and professional manner. Don kept me posted on the good and bad news of his findings within a positive and informative manner.
A funny side note was that in the evening of the service call my wife was viewing TV snuggled in a blanket stating, as usual I assumed, she was cold. I joined her later for some TV time and noted it was definitely cool in the room and so I turned up the thermostat. Noting that the room did not warm up nor did I hear the furnace fan running I starting checking out the problem. I discovered that the garage furnace power switch was still in the off position. So I had to apolize to my wife profusely and I am sure Don would have done the same.
