I have used Zinzola on a number of occasions, they have gotten more expensive with every call. But the techs have always been nice, clean and helpful. That is until yesterday. The tech did indeed smell and was VERY sloppy while working. Came into my house a number of times and up my carpeted stairs with snow covered boots. He charged me $100.00 more for the same service (on different drain and toilet) that was done in June. I have black gunk on me floors that wouldn't all come up with a scrub brush. And he scratched my new washer! I just hope my stationary tub does not get backed up again, he's not sure if it was clogged or frozen (nice). I don't him in my house again but I don't want to pay another plumber.
