I called Radient yesterday at 8:00 a.m., regarding a issue with my water heater and JR was at my door at 9:30. Very professional, informative and knowledgeable around the issue and explained my options very clearly. He was very honest around the entire repair and went above and beyond to ensure everything was done to my satisfaction.
Job was complete by 2:00 the next day!
