We were greeted as though they had better things to do. Glasses & Contacts come in 2 weeks apart- contacts need to be returned. My mom's glasses haven't even come in yet and it's been over a month. Her first pair took 2 weeks only to be told her other paid still had to be ordered. 2 more weeks have gone by and still not in. When I went in to get my contacts they told me my glasses weren't in yet and I had already picked them up two weeks prior. Then they though that my mom's 1st pair had already been picked up- when they hadn't even ordered them yet. My brother in law waited 6 weeks for his glasses. My sister waited 6 weeks for contacts and they told her they left a voice mail 2 weeks prior (she never received a voice mail) their policy is if not picked up with in 30 days they are returned. This place is a joke. Absolutely will NEVER recommend them to anyone. UNPROFESSIONAL from the first person that greats you to the time you finally get your product and hopefully they are correct. I don't feel you should pay up front for a product that they can not guarantee satisfaction. more
