My husband and I found ourselves in a cold house on Sunday, 12/7/14 due to a burned out motor in our furnace. Called a company that came out right away and assured us that all would be well by Tuesday. After not hearing anything during the day, we called and got "caught up in mixed messages" by company staff. Guy Smith didn't automatically come to mind. I was familiar w/ the company and knew that it had been around for many years. After being reminded via a few reviews, we called, they came on Wednesday and we had heat again on Thursday. "Anthony" was fantastic, the staff kept us informed and the cost was less than the first quote! We were totally pleased, will use them again and have no problem referring others to them. They may be an "oldie" (company) but they are a "goodie"! Thanks Guy Smith, Anthony (the technician) and staff.
