First I want to say is that when my husband and I were looking for a hall this one was the best price. They said 3000 for 190. They told us we were going to get the nice of the hall or even both rooms if they didn't fill that spot. Fast forward 3 weeks before we get married we were going to give them the final count and money. we were 40 people shy of 190. When we came in they said we owe 5,000 because the 3000 was to "help" us knock down the price. We were in shock! 3 weeks before we get married then to tell us this big news! We couldn't go anywhere seeing our wedding was 3 weeks away we even told them we have less guest they said once you tell them a number they cant go lower only higher....WE WERE SO UPSET! all they said was sorry you guys should have looked at you contract. We talk to 5 different people each one never knew what was going. At the wedding they promised us the top shelf for the bar and great amazing food! At the bar we had maybe 4 different drink that serve the food was so horriable even the bread was cold! At the head table they didn't serve us as we are the guest of honor. The table where the dishes were at fell on some of the guest and they didn't even seem to care. The wait staff was horffic they made my mom go hunt for stuff because" she didn't feel like being there and wanted to go home" one of the wait staff told my mom. Their was no one around to help or ask questions. Finally Louie the owner came in for a short time to help set back the plates but didn't once come and talk to us about the problems. Also before the wedding they messed up on my rehearsal day and time they said Thursday at 5 pm We came and they had NO POWER because they didn't pay their bill and there was a wedding setting up. The girl who was working for Louie didn't tell we are so sorry but blamed us for not calling that day even though we called on Monday of that week. So we couldn't do our rehearsal.
I would NEVER recommend this place ever to any one!!!! I wish I could go back and find another venue
