Deliberate lack of customer service should be their theme. I have yet to see a company so intentionally and arrogantly demand that customers do not buy any products. It's as if they wish to plummet this company into failure, unless they have some customer base locked up somewhere that must buy from them. I have never said this, but I wish this business would just fail, so we can see a better business move into the community.
