Had a broken pipe under the house. Ted came out immediately with "leak detector" which did not detect area of the leak with any accuracy. Long story short, Ted did more damage to my home than anything else. He jack-hammered through the concrete slab, destroying the tile and leaving a large hole in the foundation. When he finally decided to isolate the pipes, a day later, he recklessly cut and tore through the drywall instead of carefully cutting. After all the damage and time, I told him that this was just a waste of time and it would make more sense to just replace the line. The "job" took more than two days and has cost several hundred dollars to repair the damage left behind, not to mention the time missed from work.
Ted is a nice guy, but I would not use him again, nor can I recommend his work.
