Jiv-J (Jivco) came out to asssess my leaking water heater, and he provided amazing above-and-beyond support in guiding me through the warranty process (for existing water heater) and picking up a replacement unit from big box store. He then promptly installed the new heater (better design and installation than previous unit...by far). Throughout these steps, he was patient and went the extra mile in cleaning up and removing the old heater. He is the best plumber I've ever seen and I will be calling for him whenever I need help in the future He and his company did a superb job for me in my time of need..
